HAND SELECTED
Not all Pre-Owned LINCOLN, Mercury, Ford vehicles are worthy of Certification. Only the highest quality vehicles are hand selected. LINCOLN vehicles older than 5 years or driven more than 60,000 miles (80,000 miles for Ford and Mercury vehicles) are immediately rejected. No Exceptions.
HISTORY REPORT
After a vehicle has been determined as eligible in terms of age and mileage, a Vehicle History Report is run to identify any vehicle that does not meet our strict standards. The report is run as a part of our 200-point inspection process, and it includes checks for:

200 POINT INSPECTION
Every Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln must pass a rigorous 200-Point Inspection by a LINCOLN Certified Technician. Ford and Mecury vehicles undergo a 172-Point Inspection. If a vehicle doesn’t meet our strict criteria, we won’t certify it. It’s that simple.

• Six-year / 100,000 mile Comprehensive Warranty Coverage on Certified Pre-Owned LINCOLN.
Coverage for all Certified Pre-Owned LINCOLN vehicles includes repair or replacement of covered components for six years from the original New Vehicle Limited Warranty start date or up to 100,000 miles on the odometer, whichever comes first. This coverage includes parts and labor, but excludes wear and tear items. Each LINCOLN Certified Pre-Owned vehicle has a standard deductible of only $100, so should a repair be necessary, your costs will be minimal. Deductible is only $50 per visit at North Park LINCOLN.

Our limited warranty coverage is an example of that. The warranty covers more than 500 components, including many hightech parts, as well as the failure of covered components due to abnormal wear resulting from defective materials or workmanship, in addition to mechanical break downs. Comprehesive coverage is provided as part of the six-year/100,000 mile Limited Comprehensive Warranty on Certified LINCOLN Pre-owned vehicles.
• Subsequent Owner Warranty
At any time, should you choose to sell your Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, the remaining warranty coverage remains in effect for the new owner. This further enhances the resale value of your Certified LMF vehicle.

• 7-year / 100,000 mile Limited Powertrain Warranty Coverage on Certified Pre-Owned Ford and Mercury vehicles.

24-ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Wherever you roam, we’ve got you covered with our Roadside Assistance program. Complimentary roadside assistance is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Customers may simply dial (800) 241-3673. Services provided by the LINCOLN Auto Club include:
- • Towing assistance up to $100 for warranty and non-warranty problems, including accidents (excludes impound and repossession)
• Transmission
• Flat-tire changes on-site
• Fuel delivery if the vehicle runs out of fuel — up to two gallons at no charge
• Jump-starts for dead batteries
• Lockout assistance; up to $50 to unlock vehicle doors
• Service throughout the 50 United States and Canada
Travel expense reimbursement of up to $500, for up to three days lodging, meals and rental vehicle for travel expenses accrued when the breakdown occurs more than 100 miles from home.
Rental car reimbursement of up to $45 per day for up to five days.*

RECONDITIONING
LMF Certified Pre-Owned vehicles must be in like-new condition, so thorough reconditioning is done to each vehicle to meet Certification standards. Only Ford Motor Company parts are used for any necessary mechanical repairs, new tires are installed (if required), and the vehicle is detailed inside and out. Each Certified vehicle also comes with two sets of keys/remotes, owner’s manual, and a full tank of gas.

Your Certified Pre-Owned vehicle will have “fresh oil and filter at delivery.” Also included with our Certified Pre-Owned Program is a certificate for your first complimentary Motorcraft® oil and filter change.
